We welcomed our little girl, Audrianna Marie Novacky, on Friday, April 22. She weighed in at 6-14 the lightest of all the kids. She was 18 inches long and had lots of dark hair. Her eyes are a dark blue, just like the other kids. Audrey seems very small compared to the others, barely fitting into the newborn outfit we brought to the hospital to take her home in.
We kept with tradition, with two letter A's in her name just like the rest of the kids. That was tough to come up with a name that fit that criteria. Alyssa and I were both set on Audrianna early on. We will call her Audrey though most of the time. Marie is after Tom's aunt in Slovakia and a few on my side have Marie as a middle name as well.
Everyone was very excited to see the baby. Isaac was a little unsure and kept looking at her from a distance. Nathan jumped right in and wanted to hold her and kiss her and feed her the bottle. He holds her and sings songs to her in a soft voice which is very cute. Alyssa is now a pro holding her after practice with the boys.
