Visit from the Congdons

Tom's sister Andrea and nephew Benjamin flew from Seattle to visit us this weekend. This was their first time to see Nathan as well as our new house and Cricket.

SKYPE
Over the weekend, Tom and Andrea set up a call with Oci and Marina in Slovakia using Skype. After a few gliches we were able to get connected. It is amazing how clear we could see a continent away. Tom held up Nathan so they could get a good look at their grandson. Nathan sat quietly watching Oci talk on the screen. We hope to set up the calls on a regular basis.

GEO CACHING

Benjamin introduced us to one of his favorite things to do called Geo Caching. Its basically a treasure hunt using the GPS and clues from the internet. We found 6 near our house. I am sure that Alyssa and Tom will be doing more on their own.

MAGIC BOB

We also went to Bob Evans on Saturday night to see Magic Bob. As always, Magic Bob was very entertaining and amazed us all with new card tricks. This time Magic Bob was able to stump Benjamin with a few of his tricks.
